I’m Andrea B.—a 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, Colorado local for over twenty years, and a self-proclaimed movement addict. When I’m not teaching or traveling, you can usually find me out on a big mountain trail, having a deep conversation over coffee, parenting my grown kids, or managing the mini-zoo of pets I have at home.
Movement has always been my baseline, but my personal practice is where everything connects. I practice every single day, finding equal value in the heat of a powerful vinyasa flow and the quiet, deep challenge of a yin practice. For me, yoga is far more than a physical workout; it is an essential mental and spiritual tool that keeps me grounded.
Yoga has been my compass through life's ups and downs, teaching me how to navigate stress, move through fear, and show up authentically as I am. Today, I share that practice with others by training yoga teachers, guiding international retreats, and helping people work through the emotional obstacles that keep them holding back.
My teaching blends functional strength, mobility, and mindfulness with honesty, laughter, and heart. Whether we are on the mat, on a mountain, or anywhere in between, my goal is to create a supportive, real space for your own transformation—helping you move, breathe, and live more fully.
