I’m Andrea B.—a 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, wellness junkie, and lover of big mountains and deep conversations. After more than two decades in colorful Colorado, I’ve learned that life’s most meaningful climbs aren’t always on a trail—they’re often the ones that happen within.
Yoga has been my compass through it all. It’s taught me how to breathe when life gets heavy, how to move through fear, and how to show up—messy or magnificent—as I am. Now, I share that work with others: training yoga teachers, guiding retreats around the world, and helping people overcome emotional obstacles that keep them stuck and small.
My teaching blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness, but also honesty, laughter, and heart. Whether we’re on the mat, on a mountain, deep in a cave, or somewhere in between, I hold space for transformation—supporting each person on their journey to move, breathe, and live more fully.
